What are the rental requirements?

Minimum of 690 credit score, sufficient income, no criminal background, and no eviction history.

We require copies of the following reports:

Eviction History

Previous Address History

Multi-State Criminal

Terrorist Check

Multi-State Sex Offender

Credit Report

Applicants who do not meet the credit requirement or the income requirement will be required to have a cosigner. Cosigners must meet the same rental requirements outlined above.

What utilities are tenants responsible for?

Tenants are responsible for paying for the unit's electricity, as well as any internet and/or cable plans they wish to have.

What are the move in costs?

To apply, we use a fully online application form that can be found through the "Apply Now" link above. There is a $30.00 fee to obtain the background and credit check and provide us with the necessary reports.

You are welcome to use any service you wish that will provide us with the required reports (listed above).

After an application is approved, we require first month's rent, last month's rent, and a $500.00 security deposit.

Is laundry available?

Yes, all units have an in-unit washer and dryer.

Is parking available?

We do not offer off-street parking.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are pet friendly! There is a $50.00 per month pet fee, per pet. Max. 2 pets per unit. Breed restrictions apply for dogs, please consult a leasing agent for more information.

What amenities does the building offer?

We are still working on our amenity spaces! The building offers an indoor fitness center, roof deck, and roof top clubhouse space. Bike storage is available free of charge. Secure package room for packages, ButterflyMX intercom system, & electronic lock system
